Message Description Response
106 Paper Jam Jam in exit area. Open back cover and remove jammed
paper from the exit area.
107 Paper Jam Jam inside of duplex. Open duplex cover and remove jammed
paper from duplex feeder.
Replace Drum
Cartridge
Replace drum cartridge. Replace the cartridge with a new one and
reset the drum cartridge counter to have
the message disappear.

- If you do not replace the cartridge,
quality problems may occur.

This drum cartridge is empty.
Replace cartridge.
Device disabled.
Replace with a new drum cartridge.
Replace the cartridge with a new one and

Insufficient Memory The original exceeds print capacity. Separate the original for printing.
Output Bin Full The output bin is full of paper. Move the printed paper to another place.
