Printer Management

Important

- Be sure to return the envelope print lever to its original position after printing.

Printing on standard paper without putting the lever back to its original position may result

in poor printing quality.

Label Paper

Label paper is provided in letter or A4 size. The adhesive part of label paper, the paper printed, and

the protective film part should endure the 205℃ (401℉) of temperature and 25 lb/psi of pressure for

proper usage.

Test a sheet of the label paper to be used before purchasing the paper in a mass quantity.

Do not use the label paper with the adhesive surface exposed.

Card Stock

Card stock is heavy one-fold paper. Depending on the features such as humidity, thickness, and texture,

the card stock may affect the print quality. Card stock can be fed only through the multipurpose tray.

Be sure to test the card before purchasing it in a mass quantity.
